Nihon Unisys, Ltd. Licenses Clickmarks
Software, Enters Relationship with
Clickmarks to Serve Strategic Partners

Clickmarks Inc., a provider of
software infrastructure products
for application development and
integration, today announced a licensing
agreement with Nihon Unisys Ltd.
(NUL), a joint venture of Mitsui
& Co. Ltd. and Unisys Corporation.
Under the terms of the strategic
relationship, Nihon Unisys will
license the Clickmarks infrastructure
products to service its wide array
of clients in various sectors including
government, industry & commerce,
and utilities.
The agreement greatly expands the
reach of Clickmarks' infrastructure
products in the Japanese market.
Under the terms of the agreement,
NUL will be able to use the Clickmarks
Enterprise Suite to design, create
and deploy e-business applications
for internal deployments, and also
for projects carried out on behalf
of its clients. In particular, this
partnership will enable NUL to use
the Clickmarks software in several
opportunities that it has in the
area of e-Government, specifically
government-to-citizen and government-to-business
applications, the construction industry
and Japan's utility industry.
